ViddyFlow Now Generates Clips in Your Language — AI Metadata for Non-English Streamers

Most AI clip tools are built for English. The metadata they generate — titles, descriptions, tags — defaults to English even when the streamer and audience speak something else entirely. That makes the content harder to discover for non-English viewers and means extra manual work for every streamer who streams in another language.

How ViddyFlow Handles Non-English Streams

ViddyFlow transcribes each stream using its AI engine, which detects both the spoken content and the stream language automatically. When a stream is in Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or any other supported language, ViddyFlow switches the metadata generation to that language.

Language detection is automatic by default — no settings to change. But if you stream in one language while your game audio is in another (a common edge case), you can manually override the detected language when submitting a job.

Manual Language Override

When submitting a new job, ViddyFlow now includes an optional stream language selector. Leave it on Auto-detect for most streams — ViddyFlow will identify the language from the transcript. Use the manual override when auto-detection might get confused, such as when a French-speaking streamer plays an English-language game with heavy in-game voice acting.

The ViddyFlow interface itself remains in English. Clip cutting is purely video-based and language-agnostic — the moment detection uses chat, audio, and video signals regardless of language. The clips you receive are the same quality whether you stream in English, Spanish, or Japanese.
