Account and security
Everything under Settings, plus how API keys and account deletion work.
What is in Settings

Sessions
Signing in creates a session, and Settings lists all of them so you can see where your account is currently active. Any session can be revoked, which signs that device out immediately.
Worth doing if you signed in on a friend's machine, a streaming PC you no longer use, or a device you have lost. Revoking a session does not affect your API keys, which are managed separately.
Email preferences
You control which optional email ViddyFlow sends. Turning everything off is fine and will not affect your jobs.

API keys
API keys live on the API Access page, separately from your login. Create as many as you need, and revoke any of them without touching the others, which is what you want when a key has been exposed or a project is retired.
A key is shown once. The full value is displayed at creation and never again, because ViddyFlow does not store it in a readable form. Copy it into your secret manager straight away. If you lose it, create a replacement and revoke the old one.
The same page reveals your webhook signing secret, which is what you use to confirm an incoming callback genuinely came from ViddyFlow. See Webhooks, and the API reference for what a key can do.
Deleting your account
Deletion is permanent. Your account, your jobs and their output are removed. There is no undo, no grace period, and support cannot restore an account afterwards. Any unused credits go with it. Download anything you still want first.
Because of that, deletion asks you to prove it is really you, not just click a button. If you sign in with a password, you re-enter it. If your account is Google-only and has no password to re-enter, you type your own email address instead.
It is a deliberate speed bump on a one-way action, in the same spirit as requiring your current password to set a new one.
